Are There Support Groups for Extrasensory Addictions?
Question by O Mike Odd: Are there support groups for extrasensory addictions?
I mostly fit the popular definitions of an “empath” and cannot function because I’m constantly feeling, seeing, and hearing other people’s lives and experiences. It’s a serious problem, as my own life is falling apart around me. I would appreciate any tips or advice you can offer. Staying alone constantly just isn’t a viable option. I need to know how to control this so I can lead a normal, productive life.
This is not in any way a joke, and I would appreciate serious responses. Thank you.

I would look for a job, like nurse or doctor where you could put this empathy to work.
Otherwise you will need to become more callous and do what you can with your own life in focus.
Self medicating will not help.
