I’m 17, 5’8″, and 118 lbs. I smoke about 1-2 times a week and only on the weekends. I play basketball, run, and am active, so I have a high metabolism. I got put on probation recently for a Class B misdemeanor. It wasn’t for weed, it was for something else. My probation officer made me take a short test when I first went in, and he said it was completely confidential, and that no one would see it. But once I finished taking it, he went over it with me, and read all my answers. It was a yes/no test that asked questions such as, “Do you get angry easily?” “Have you ever tried killing yourself?” and “Have you ever been in a fight while high or drunk?” and other subtle questions that were trying to pry me open to see if I did drugs or not. I said no for anything that mentioned drugs or alcohol, so he wasn’t suspicious. How often does someone on probation get drug tested if they were put on probation for something not drug related? And how does the drug testing procedure work since the drug test is by law, not for a job? I read about how getting tested while on probation uses more accurate devices than the ones they give you at places of work, and I’ve read about all the BS detox/herbal mixes and such, and heard nothing works. Also, do they notify you several days prior on being tested? Please help. I’m in Texas, if that helps, and the last time I smoked was April 3, 2010.

this is what you do you find the bill for the testing place cause they will make you pay and you find all the dates they make you pay and stop smoeking 4-6 weeks before that. worked for me and friend. GL
