What are some treatments to the addiction? (Once again this is for a project in my Health class.)

First you have to admit you have a problem. Then you need help counseling it is very crucial , people think they can do this on there own ,its almost impossible. They need N.A. groups to attend this must be there first priority to stay clean. They sometimes relapse ,but they need to stay on track. Don’t let shame interfere every one has problems no one is perfect and do a lot of praying the LORD will help you if you ask.
