the familiy told me the cheapest rehab cost for 30 days was ,000 for 30 days is what they found. it don’t need to be free only affordable,

How does he afford the booze? Alcoholism is expensive too.

EDIT: yes I know its a serious problem, but as you said only the friend can help himself. PLUS, this guy is wanting to know about “free” programs – looking for a handout, and while it may be for a good cause, I was just making the point that his friend obviously has the money for a rehab program, but he has to stop buying the booze.
