What Are My Chances of Winning a Case to Terminate Paternal Rights if I Can Prove Drug Abuse & Law Trouble?

He has a history of violence. He has enemies that have done drive-bys at his house several times. He has never paid child support. He does drugs such as marijuana, cocaine and I think even other things. He threatens that if I have a boyfriend he will beat him up. I never thought he would grow up to be this way. Help!
