What Are Some Good Adult Books About Topics Like Drug Addiction, Anorexia, Etc.?

I’ve read a Million Little Pieces and I really liked that book. I have also read a lot of teen books about topics like anorexia, bulimia, and cutting but I would really like to start getting into actual adult books.

Any suggestions would be great!
