TEANECK — A one-man show about a performer’s struggles with alcohol, drug abuse and anti-gay prejudice is likely to be a grim experience. Unless, of course, the show is “Tongue and Chic,” and the performer is comedian Michael Billy.

MONROE – Three Pine Tree Elementary School students were named winners in the 23rd annual Substance Abuse Prevention Poster Contest, sponsored by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Orange County.
