Qualify for ROTC Scholarship With an Underage?

I am currently a freshman at PSU. I recieved an Underage Citation during the first month. I paid the amount and attended an alcohol abuse intervention. I wish to apply for a Marine (NROTC) Scholarship for my next 3 years. Does this mean I will have little to no chance at being accepted because of the underage I recieved?
