On Jan. 17, 2008, 23 month-old toddler was thrown off a pedestrian overpass bridge onto the H-1 freeway by a adult male who was high on crystal meth at the time. This video was made to show the tragic event that unfolded that day. The dramatization shows a re-imaging based on news reports and eye witness accounts of one of the worst tragedies in Hawaii’s history of the crystal methamphetamine epidemic sweeping our island.
