I Think My Uncle Is Using METH Again? Someone Who KNOWS About Meth Use, Please Help!!?

My mom married someone in 2000 who had a drug problem with meth in his past. 2 years later he started using again. We knew because he was not hiding his paraphernalia it would be just laying out like no big deal plus he lost a ton of weight and was very paranoid. My mom divorced him after 2 1/2 years of his drug use. During the time my moms ex husband was using my uncle was using with him. They had random people coming over to our house all the time and would be so secretive about things but it was obvious that they were both using. My grand father passed away a few months after my mom divorced. My uncles drug use became worse to the point that nobody in the family would allow him a room to stay anymore. He cleaned up after a few months. He wasn’t able to keep a study job apartment or a car the entire time he was on drugs. Once he stopped using I noticed a huge change he found a job as a factory worker, bought himself a car, and rented out a little studio apartment for himself. He had the job for 3 years but this last Spring he was laid off. Anyways a few weeks back my mom called and told me that my uncles car had been impounded. She said his friend who was driving his car had marijuana on him. After my uncle got the car out of the impound lot he was trying to sell it. I asked him why but he never gave me a clear answer just kind of saying that he didn’t want it anymore it’s too big, wants to save on gas etc. He had the car for almost a year now. Right before Thanksgiving I talked to my mom about who was all coming over for dinner she informed me that he asked if his friend could come over? I was mad because this friend that he wanted over was a friend that him and my moms ex husband used to buy drugs from. My mom said my uncle said he was clean but I doubted it. On Thanksgiving the guy came and brought his girlfriend and some other girl with him. This other girl was totally tweaking. She had sores on her face skinny as a rail, looked like she hadn’t showered in over a week and talking super fast. Right then I knew the dude wasn’t clean. If someone is clean they aren’t supposed to hang around other drug users. Then I saw him and he was skinnier than I ever remembered. Looked very pale and 20 years older than he is. I talked to my mom last night and we both agreed that we think my uncle is doing drugs again. She said she noticed he’s lost quite a bit of weight. Then she told me it was that drug dealer guy in the car with him that day it got impounded. I think that the car was impounded because they had meth in the car and now my uncle wants to get rid of the car because it’s tagged by the police. I mean really would the police take the time to impound a car with marijuana in it. It’s practically legal nowadays anyway. I noticed on Thanksgiving that my uncle didn’t talk to me or most of the family much he hung around those druggies all night at my moms talking secretively. I just don’t know my heart so wants to believe he is not using but my mind totally knows. What do you think? I know this is long but it’s a lot to explain. Is this enough suspicion to make a judgment?
