Is It Possible to Buy Dopemine, if Not Can I Get It From My Diet?

I am a recovering meth addict and I read about how dopemine can help in recovery but couldn’t find how to get it. Is it something that is found in dietary supplements? Is it a prescription type thing? OTC? Or is it just something that my body produces and that is all there is to it?
