Why Do I Keep Geting Cold Sores?

ive never kissed a girl and i dont do meth, but whenever i run my fingers along my lips, i end up feelin a bunch of bumps, they dont really stand out, like they are the color of my normal skin tone but then i get a huge urg to scratch them, and when i do then they give me this cold, chilling feleing

what are these and how can i get rid of them?
