Where Can I Ask Help for My Meth Addict Friend?

I have a friend that is currently killing himself through smoking methamphetamine. I would like to help him. I know I wasn’t helping him when I let him crash in my pad whenever he needs to rest after a couple of nights being up. I would like to send him to intervention but I do not know where to start and also money is being a factor to seek help for him.
