A Friend With the Need 4 Speed!?

So I have this friend and she has a problem (if ya know what i mean). Lets just say shes got the need 4 speed. Shes addicted to speed. What should she do? What should i tell her? I told her to stop and she tryed, but did not succeed. i’m really concerned…Please help me!
