Street Drug “speed”Being Prescribed to Our Nations Youth So That They Can Do Better in School, Thoughts?

Everyday children are being “diagnosed” with ADD, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Should they be prescribing a highly abused and addictive substance such as amphetamines, Adderall, etc. to produce concentration and higher grades. Or are they damaging our children at a young age and producing hundreds of young addicts?
