Ive Been to Rehab and Started Going to Church I Stayed Clean for 8 Months Now Im Back on Meth I Need Help?

i dont want to loose my family im getting depressed i dont want to be here anymore i dont know how to stop rehab didnt work and i liked going i even loved going to church i thought i was strong enough but i guess not
