POCOMOKE CITY — According to Sgt. Bobby Brittingham of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, deputies with take-home cars who live outside of the county racked up 25,598 miles on Wicomico, Somerset and Sussex county roads last year. Fueling those trips home cost the department $38,584.
