Norman Brown, 51, 194 South Main St., Raynham, was arraigned on May 21 Raynham police charges of three counts of violating an abuse prevention order. Turcotte ordered him released on personal recognizance and continued the case July 27.lowing cases were heard Friday in Taunton District Court.
