Is the 5-Speed Tranny in My 89 T-Bird Supercoupe Durable Enough to Withstand Over 400HP?

I would like to put the transmission in my mustang. Im just not sure how durable or what type of 5-speed transmission it is. Will it take the abuse of over 400 horsepower and hold up?
