Will I Ever Be Able to Trust a “recovering” Meth Addict?

My “husband” was addicted to Crystal Meth for over four years. It was hidden from me all too well. Then he came clean and we moved away. At the time, he quit “cold turkey”. But now four years later I still do not trust him. I have very little respect for him. Is there a way to trust him again or is it really time to move on. I do love him but how do you live like this?
