Dumb Meth Suspect Stopped by Even Dumber Cop.
Around 2001, I decided to make an anti-meth video for my police department. I pretty much improved this opening scene based on something that had actually recently happened at my department (Officer stopped someone with all the elements of a meth lab but didn’t recognize it). Anyway – this video made its way to the Arkansas Police Academy and I think they have shown it to every recruit group sense. It’s funny because I still hear about it – thought I would put it up to share.
