All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent: * Robert Beckett, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 5 on 20 counts of fraudulent appropriation of property, 20 counts of misconduct of public office, DA malfeasance of office and embezzlement.
