I am on my 3rd month of birth control, I started this new pack last Friday (the 23rd) I have been taking them everyday. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex yesterday (29th), and I am just curious as to when the pill starts to take effect in the 3rd cycle of birth control. Should I go pick up some Plan B or am I good?
