Question by Gerard: why is it that black neighborhoods are so bad?
Ok before anyone think im a racist i am not. i am asking a question based on what i see. i live in a neighborhood where its predominatly black. and every house on most corners are either drug homes or abandoned. if there were 30 houses on a block, only 15 of them are being inhabited. but on the other side of town. i notice alot of more people own homes and are more white. i literally never seen anyone black living in that area. every home seems to look beautiful. for the record im a black man. and i see so much grafitti and drugs and teens wearing pants off their behinds giving an i dont care attitude. i barely see white kids do this but i know there are some. why is this i ask any one with a serious mature mind to answer. could it be that young blacks dont care. let me know.
