I’ve taken over 300 mg in 12 hours of Focalin, and now that I’m crashing, I want to take Ritalin. It all started 24 hours ago. I insufflated over 600 mg of Ritalin, over a period of 18 hours and I can’t stop. I knew the comedown would be bad, but not like this. Oh boy, I haven’t eaten/ slept for over two days and my heart hurts. Could I OD? I’m a female with a BMI of 122. Thanks.

Calm down, you just really, really have to stop now.
You’re not going to OD, although that’s certainly not a healthy thing to do. The problem is that your body is continiously in a “danger”-mode and this causes you getting hyperactive, nervous, maybe paranoid, worried, sleepless, sweating and so on.
Don’t forget that this is normal when you take such high amounts of Ritalin (which is very very similar to Amphetamines, People with ADHD also get prescription Amphetamine), and that it will go away. That’s important. It will go away when you stop retaking it now, calm down, maybe try to do things that tire you, like cleaning your room, or anything else, I swear to you it will go away if you just try to sleep and force yourself to eat a little bit.
Shure, Sleeping won’t be possible now, but it’s just the very best thing for your physical and mental condition. Eating and Drinking is very important now, too. If you really can’t force yourself to eat, which could actually really help a lot, try to drink even more, try to drink something with calories to give you back some energy. Maybe Milk, or Juice.
This is not meant to play the thing down, if you think you get into real physical danger, like if you’re about to pass out or have unregular heartbeat, shure call a doctor.
And I think I don’t have to tell you this because it won’t change anything now anyway, but it’s really – I’m sorry – stupid to do things like that. Don’t mess around with amphetamines, take them if you have ADHD in your normal dose.
