What are the 12 steps in Eminem’s Relapse album? I heard something about learning the steps then the doctor says how many steps are there then eminem says something about 12 steps. Which steps are they?

Alcoholics Anonymous has an alcohol recovery program, broken into 12 steps. AlAnon, Narcotics Ananymous, NarcAnon, ACA, ACOA, and many other “recovery” programs are patterned after the AA 12 steps, and they are called, collectively, “12 step programs”.
