Do They Test for Amphetamines or Meth and MDMA in Seperate in Drug Tests?

I just recently had a friend get drug tested a day after taking ecstasy and my other friend is trying to tell me the pill he took had meth in it. I took the same pill and I was just chatting listening to music and sitting down, not getting up or hyper at all really and I slept a few hours later.

So i’m just wondering, do they test MDMA and Meth as an amphetamine, or both of them seperatley? This was a police drug test so I don’t know if it’s any different than standard ones.

And is there a possiblity that the pill I took had meth even though I was just chatting and laying for a few hours and slept fine?
