You should not have any damage of any kind due to your use of Adderall.
You were not taking a large dose. The FDA maximum is 60 mg/day and doctors will typically prescribe more (possibly 120 mg/day) for patients with severe narcolepsy and other hypersomnia sleep disorders. Many people with ADHD will use amphetamines or ritalin long term (or for life) and most people with a sleeping disorder will need to take stimulants to have any quality of life.
Basically I am saying that you really did not take much at all. Adderall can have some cardiac problems for a small group of people (mostly people with a preexisting heart conditions and young kids). And long term use of huge doses (higher than would be prescribed) can cause people to have their heart “blow up.” If you do not have cardiac problems you should not have the slightest problem. You could always have an ECG done to see if you have any problems (it is completely non invasive). Adderall is a bronchodilator like many asthma medications like Ventolin (salbutamol/ albuterol). There should be no damage to your pulmonary system.
Amphetamines are neurotoxic but typically need to be taken in very large doses for problems to occur. So there is effectively no chance of brain damage (which could be caused due to the neurotoxic effects).
Unless you have some unusual medical condition then you are fine. For the most part you would know if there was damage. I don;t know your history but unless you have had three heart attacks your OK.
Don’t worry about it. I have a sleeping disorder and take 60 mg/day. If I don’t I will sleep 15-20hrs/day. From my schooling and from my doctors I know there is very little risk to me. The worst thing that typically happens to people who take Adderall long term is the risk of depression late in life increases.
