Question by kraina: Why is it than Iran’s crime rate is low yet Iran suffers with the highest heroin abuse in the world? ?
When people take heroin, they would steal to feed their addiction, and do other crimes. So, if the population in Iran takes heroin the most, then why is the country’s crime rate is low, I would of thought it would be high?

only have to do that in america- where prices for it are so high.

Over there, it’s actually cheaper than water…
(meaning, why kill for it? it would be like a robbery in america for a few pennies…even criminals have better things to do)
