Why Does Every Person Put Their Question and Answers as Private?

Question by rain cloud: Why does every person put their Question and answers as private?
When i see a person who gave a strange answer or question, i always want to check their profile, to see what else they have put on it that might be weird. i think more people are putting their Q&A as private. why? i know i did it too, just to try it. but seriously why?
