Okay so i live in California<3:) and i heard people from other states like in the east coast get offended at the word: Nigga. I mean im gonna admit me and my friends say it sometimes, mostly just to play around,but alot of people around here say it all the time. Its a very common word just like, dude, bro are really common in the united states. Why do people get so offended? Best answer:
