Which ddr2 RAM overclock would be better / more powerful in terms of performance. If one would be better at one type of thing, and the other at another, please say what type of programs / activities / etc each would be better at. Thank you very much.
800mhz but the timings are faster at 4-4-4-12
or
1066mhz at 5-5-5-15 … higher frequency but slower timings.

You can not over clock memory only processor chips.
