What’s the Name of This Drug Addiction Documentary?

Question by Christian: What’s the name of this drug addiction documentary?
I saw a documentary on TV years ago that I’d like to find online. It was about two drug addicts (one male and the other female) living in New York. I don’t remember many details, except at one point they find receipts outside grocery stores and use them to “return items” for cash. They also go home to visit their families. If anyone knows which film this is, I would greatly appreciate your help.
