In other words what would a cro-magnon person that would be a drug addict in our world, do in their world?
Think about the common drug addict, they live just to feel good and they love it. Would such a person find a “drug” no matter what? Would they find some kind of substitute?

they would find drugs but it wont be laced with anything so it be as addictive as modern drugs.
