I’ve found a really scenic and really long place to walk regularly. I want to know what all of the effects on my body will be if I walk 45 minutes at least 4-5 times a day (it depends on my work schedule). I might increase it if I don’t have trouble with it. I do eat fairly healthy (no carbonated or high sugar drinks) and I’m working on fixing all of the holes in my healthy eating.
I tend to be up and moving around a LOT at work, and I used to be really into soccer, so I’m not totally out of shape.
And I meant 4-5 times a WEEK, ahaha, I wasnt paying attention.

ive heard u dont start burning calories until uve walked more than thirty minutes
