would i lose weight if i continued to do that? could i become dehydrated from going to the bathroom so much from drinking all that liquid?

You would lose weight. Probably pass out here and there from low blood sugar levels. Getting dizzy while not eating is fairly common as is lack of energy. Coffee is also a diuretic. It causes you to pee. It causes a bit of dehydration.
