Question by Maya L: What should I eat if I’m trying to lose weight?
hi. I’m 15 and I’m trying to lose weight to start a modeling career. I’m currently around 5’8″ and weigh 126. I know that is a perfect weight for me, but not for a model. I don’t want to be unhealthy, or starve myself, or anything like that. I work out at least twice a week, but the thing is, I can only go to the gym when my parents go because of our membership situation. I was doing insanity daily a few months back, but it made me gain weight and build muscle. I just want to lose at least ten pounds. Would you recommend doing a cleanse? My dad thinks that they’re unhealthy. I want to lose weight by January, so I could start pursuing a modeling career when I turn 16 in February. Is this completely crazy? Please give me advice and opinions. And as HILARIOUSLY inappropriate the “snort cocaine”, “make yourself throw up”, comments are, please spare me the time of reading them lol. Thanks.

Low calorie foods such as cabbage and broccoli are excellent for weight loss as they fill you up without lots of calories. Strawberries ans grapes are fantastic too, awesome taste with almost no guilt 🙂 Of course, take some lean meat in the form of chicken breast and remember to boil/grill it, or else it will no longer be “lean”. All the best. Obsession is what the lazy call the dedicated.
