What Is Up With the “SENT” Folder of My Email Account?
Question by jodysjools: What is up with the “SENT” folder of my email account?
It has not registered a sent item since May of 2012. Help me out with this. Also, when I send an item from my draft folder, it disappears from the draft folder. If these things are an UPGRADE of my Yahoo Mail account, I don’t want the upgrade. Please enlighten me. I am computer stupid but was very happy with what Yahoo used to provide me. This is like what I am experiencing with my cell phone service. I have texts blocked. Don’t want them. Don’t need them. If they can’t leave a voice mail, it could not have been that important. When my last phone died, they did not have what I was used to having so they gave me one that had a texting keyboard. This is the first phone I have had in over 20 years of owning cell phone that takes 2 hands to operate. Remember, I don’t text. The damn phone locks me out of screen within 2 seconds of my ending a call. I don’t need the speed of a “instant gratification addicted” person. I need some help here. I need the person responding to be old enough to drive.
While I appreciate both answers, I wonder if the senders skipped right over the comment I made about I am computer stupid. I need to know where to find the default setting. I am a full time caregiver for my hubby who has dementia. Most of my days and nights are spent cleaning up after him so my computer time is greatly diminished. I repeat. I am computer stupid and need some help. THANX!

Make sure the option to save sent mail is turned on in your mail options.
