By potent I mean: which opiate has the greatest effect with the lowest dose? I’ve always assumed it was Fentanyl, but I’ve never known for a fact. Please don’t just answer with “Oxycontin” or “Heroin”. Give me a little bit of information on how you know what you know. thanks people! – Dylan
