Omega Fatty Acid is just a healthy fat. It is found in fish and nuts and other foods.

It’s good for you to take a omega fatty acid pill daily because it is good for cholesterol, heart health, and your joints. Think of it as healthy fat that your body needs daily.
DHA and EpA are two subtypes of healthy fat that are both essential in your diet. BUy some fish oil pills and take it as directed on the bottle there are no risks. (you will not get fat)

I think everyone should take them, I take them and a multivitamin everyday that’s all i need for supplements
