Somehow this makes me think of Monty Python’s “Spam,” as in:

I’ll have a Cocaine, Marijuana, Oxycontin, 2 different types of cough syrup, & beer and hold the Cocaine, Marijuana, Oxycontin, and 2 different types of cough syrup.
