what about if your on crystal meth and weed at the same time? what are the effects of meth?

Crystal is one of the most destructive drugs out there. I haven’t done morphine or heroin but I know meth from experience.
I don’t know any ways to quickly come down but smoking weed helps by making you hungry and sleepy a bit.
