Sometimes headaches are caused by dehydration. Try drinking a large glass of water and waiting about 15 minutes.
If it doesn’t go away, then a pain reliever is in order.
Sometimes massaging your temples will relax tension and help or pressing both sides of the top of your nose can relieve sinus pressure and help.
