Question by Mary: What health issue could happen if I took antibiotics and my problem was viral?
3 days ago I started to have low fever and diarreah. Yesterday I went to the doctor and she prescribed me antibiotics because it was PROBABLY a bacteria (her words). I already took 2 pills (one yesterday’s night and another one today’s morning).

MY PROBLEM: I’m feeling ok by now, not fever nor diarreah, which makes me think that my problem is viral, cause I don’t think that the antibiotics would be doing any “effect” already (in less than 24 hours since I took the first pill)…but I’m not sure if I’m right.

MY QUESTION: I’m supposed to take it for 6 days. Could I develop some disease if my problem is viral and I’m taking antibiotics? Please be honest.
