What Do You Feel Is the “biggest” Drug Used Illegally in the US Right Now?

Question by Lovinlife915: What do you feel is the “biggest” drug used illegally in the US right now?
I am a drug and alcohol case manager for homeless men and women. I see quite a bit of drugs, and since I am in California I find one or two to be the worst. So if everyone would please tell me what state and what drug comes up the most, I would appreciate it. I am doing a research project with my findings.

Alcohol is the most used and abused drug in the world. It is legal, cheap, and accessible. It is an intricate part of Western culture.
