Question by Judas: What do US Christians feel about being the last western democracy with capital punishment?
Do you really think it deters crime? Do you think crime is rampant in other democracys without it? Could better gun control mental health services and drug treatment be a cheaper more effective and more Christian alternative?

The US has a Christian population who demand that impoverished, abused / abusive women are forced to have unwanted babies, but when those children grow up in a life of confusion and want, and are convicted of a capital crime, those same “save the babies” Christians are on the front lines screaming for the death penalty.
