What Do I Need to Do to Become an Addiction Specialist + More Q’s?
by A.Currell
Question by :): What do I need to do to become an addiction specialist + more q’s?
My number one question is.. what exactly do I need to major in to achieve my goal?
I am a junior in HS when people ask me “what are you going to study?” I have a difficult time to answer because I don’t have all the answers. I ask this question because my friend wanted to be a radiologist and she has recently told me she can’t go to a certain college because they don’t have a program in that category. I didn’t understand so this is why I ask so when I look for colleges that I am interested I want to know what kind of questions do I need to ask myself so I can go to this college to become a specialist.
another important question
Will you be more successful in this career choice by what college you go to?
(I do not plan to do this but let just say) If I were to go to a community college compared to UNC would the person going to UNC be more successful than I do to the college she went to?
Thank you

Questions like this are best if you ask your school councilor, or even go to the community college and talk to an adviser about it there.
