Question by Phil M: What comes first, drug use or Criminal behaviour?
I’m looking for research, not anecdotal evidence, looking at whether crime precedes drug use, or if drug use comes before committing the crime. I know there is good research both ways but I’m finding it hard to find at the moment. Any pointers?
I know there is no solid answer, and many variables. That’s what I’m researching. I was wondering if anyone knows of work done looking at the cause and effect relationship.
