Alcohol, i dont get much that often but crave it and think about it alot, i even think about drinking my mothers wine and i dont even like.

Painkillers cant stop thinkinmg i need more and more not for effects though!

It sounds like you may have just crossed the line from abuse to addiction, or are very close. When you use a substance to cope in any way that is abuse, when you crave it and think about it, then that is addiction (when what you were doing “in context” becomes the context).

Get in with a substance abuse counselor or group to address this; it is a one way street to nowhere.
