Question by red_samurai_dragon: What are the chances of drug testing while on probation for assault in Texas?
Possibly looking at 2 years deferred ajudication for assault in texas. Im not sure if it will be monitored or not. What are the chances of drug testing monthly during the 2 years, and what are the rules on alcohol? Ive been looking here, no drugs, or alcohol were involved in the incident. Am I not going to be able to legally drink for 2 years?

It depends on the conditions of your probation. If one of them is no alcohol, then you should not drink. Of course, if you do, you will revoke your probation and forfeit your deferred adjudication.
